I have started making bento box lunches for him and here is where I'm going to document them! Here’s this mornings bento, I forgot to post heehee:) it’s my typical format with smoked Gouda cheese, cukes, and mandarin oranges with leftover curried chicken salad with toasted nuts (courtesy my Auntie;) ) Also included was a split roll to make sammies out of the salad. Yum!!!

Today’s bento! On the menu, we have teriyaki tofu, a leftover stuffed quahog from last night, grape tomatoes, smoked Gouda cheese, and cute lil kumquats!!! Nothing too cutesy but a tasty arrangement I think :)

I haven’t been on top of my bentomaking lately:( Today was a leftover and scrounge day, pasta with sauce and meatballs, fresh cucumbers, some potent cheese wedges, and wasabi peas. It wasn’t too cute so I put some baran on, couldn’t hurt right? Oh the sauce containers have Grated Parmesan cheese in them heh;)

I haven’t been on top of my bentomaking lately:( Today was a leftover and scrounge day, pasta with sauce and meatballs, fresh cucumbers, some potent cheese wedges, and wasabi peas. It wasn’t too cute so I put some baran on, couldn’t hurt right? Oh the sauce containers have Grated Parmesan cheese in them heh;)

Vegetarian, perhaps even vegan, bento!! The main course is a tofu salad; romaine lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and teriyaki baked tofu. On the side there’s an orange muscat vinegar for dressing (yay cute sauce bottles!). In the bottom tier there’s fruity goodness, just strawberries and mandarin oranges, 2 whole oranges fit, nice ;) Sounds tasty to me, besides the tofu, but the hubby likes it and it’s healthy so more for him!
